When we weren’t little fishes swimming on a Friday, P6 were lucky to have sessions led by Coach Patrick. We had lots of fun playing different team games whilst developing our fitness, ball and agility skills! Coach Patrick emphasised the importance of taking part, always trying our best, cheering team members on and never giving up - winning games or coming first wasn’t the most important outcome.
Dixie also joined us for a number of sessions, linking physical activities with how we can understand and positively deal with our thoughts, feelings and emotions.
